Information we collect
- Information you provide through our forms. When you request a quote, start a project, or contact us, we collect the details you submit through our forms (powered by WS Form) — your name, email, phone number, and information about your event or project. These submissions are recorded in our internal system.
- Rental storefront activity. When you build a quote or check out on our rental storefront (powered by Booqable), it collects the order and contact information needed to process your request, under its own processing.
- Analytics and advertising data. We use Google Site Kit to connect Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads. These services collect information about how you use our site — such as pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, device and browser type — and set cookies and identifiers used to measure site performance and advertising.

We use a consent-management tool (CookieYes), integrated with the WordPress consent framework, to ask for and record your cookie choices. Cookies are grouped into categories:

- Booqable — our rental storefront and order processing.

International transfers
Some of our providers, such as Google, may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal information is transferred outside your country, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you submit for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, manage our relationship with you, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Website form records are retained while your inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
