These terms apply to your use of the Cube World Productions website and rental process. The specific terms for a given rental — including pricing, any deposit, and the cancellation policy for your order — are set out in the rental agreement provided with your order, which you review and sign before equipment is released.
Using this website
The website and its content are provided for you to browse our services and request quotes. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it or its content.
Quotes and orders
Pricing shown on our storefront lets you build a quote request. A quote is a priced request that opens a conversation — it does not reserve equipment, hold a date, or guarantee availability or price. A member of our team reviews each request and confirms the details with you. The storefront takes quote requests, not payments.
Your rental agreement
When an order is confirmed, we provide a rental agreement covering the terms below. It is populated with your order details — the parties, the equipment and quantities, the rental period, and the pricing — and signed by both parties before the rental begins. Where a term below refers to your rental agreement, that agreement controls the specifics.
Rental terms
Rental period. Your order sets the pickup or start and the return or end dates and times. Equipment is provided for that period and remains our property throughout.
Pricing and payment. The rental charges, applicable taxes, accepted payment methods, and payment due dates are set out in your quote and rental agreement.
Security deposit. A refundable security deposit may be required. Where it applies, the amount is shown separately on your rental agreement and refunded after the equipment is returned in acceptable condition, subject to that agreement’s terms.
Delivery and collection. We offer delivery and setup, and warehouse collection. The arrangements, and any delivery fee, are confirmed with your order.
Use and responsibilities. You are responsible for the equipment while it is in your possession, and for using it as intended and in line with any instructions we provide.
Damage, loss, and liability. You are responsible for equipment that is damaged, lost, or stolen while in your possession. Charges for damage, loss, or unreturned equipment are handled as set out in your rental agreement.
Insurance. As is standard in equipment rental, we may require the renter to carry insurance, which we review before equipment is released. Any such requirement is confirmed with your order.
Cancellation. If you need to change or cancel an order, the terms that apply are set out in your rental agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cube World Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or rented equipment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the current version here with its “Last updated” date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
